Rena Saini BSc, ND
Naturopathic Doctor, Clinic Owner

I guide individuals dealing with the challenges of Skin issues & Anxiety, towards a place of balance and inner calmness.

Since graduating in 2008 I have dedicated myself to finding the missing piece to what blocks prevent healing the whole system (body, mind, heart).  I can say with confidence my new approach has allowed for deeper, long lasting healing, and combines evidence based medicine with emotional healing.

Areas of Focus:

  • Emotional & Nervous system dis-regulation (depression, anxiety, mood, stress, burnout, apathy, anger, personal growth, habits)

  • Skin Related issues: Acne, Eczema (Dermatitis), Psoriasis, Rosacea, Contact Dermatitis, Hives (Urticaria)

  • Physical ailments (autoimmune, gut health, mood, low energy, cortisol imbalance, nutrition, healthy habits, brain fog,)

  • Hormonal testing & hormonal Imbalance: (cortisol, DHEA, testosterone, estrogen progesterone and all metabolites, organic acids

I believe that addressing all aspects of an individual leads to swift and effortless healing. This includes:

  • Rewiring the nervous system

  • Supporting the physical body (hormones, immunity, gut health, thyroid, energy, sleep, nutrients)

  • Releasing old emotional blocks

  • Implementing new belief systems

Savery Bakker, RPC-C
Registered Professional Counsellor

I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC-c) with a Diploma in Professional Counselling from Kelowna College of Professional Counselling. Naturally, I am a natural healer, and I am often the place where friends and family ask me for help, support, and advice. This deep-seated desire to help others guided me to embrace my true calling in mental health.

My personal and professional journey, enriched by diverse experiences, has provided me with a profound understanding of various client needs. This, combined with my therapeutic education, expertise and life experiences, enables me to create a warm and empathetic environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. My cozy office space in downtown Kelowna offers a welcoming and safe atmosphere with free parking.

I specialize in ADHD, particularly in girls and women, as well as relationship counselling, anxiety and depression management, life transitions, trauma, grief, and personal growth. My own experiences with ADHD and relationship counselling have driven my passion to be the counsellor I needed during those times. What sets me apart is my unique blend of directness and empathy. I ask probing questions that help clients better understand themselves, identifying areas for self-reflection and growth. I am passionate about research, professional development, and finding the techniques that best support my clients.

Balancing my professional life with personal interests and family commitments is crucial. As a devoted mother of two plus a fur baby, I prioritize family while ensuring I spend enough time on self-care. I love outdoor activities like hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time at the beach. I enjoy going to the gym, yoga, and travelling whenever possible in colder months.

For those thinking about counselling for the first time, please look at the 15-minute free consult to ensure you are a good fit with your counsellor. The counsellor-patient relationship significantly impacts therapy's progress and outcomes.

In my practice, I support clients in setting and achieving personal goals through achievable short-term and long-term objectives, regularly reevaluating and adjusting them. I also incorporate recommended reading and homework to maximize the benefits of our sessions.

Looking ahead, I am committed to honing my skills, and my dedication to personal growth and professional development ensures I provide the most effective care for my clients.

Michelle Carrie
Holistic Body Mind Practitioner

I was a "toe walker" until the age of 38!  Since my first reflex integration course, I have become a "Earth walking soul", and today I am 52 yrs old.  Reflex Integration Therapy unlocked my youth, my chronic pain and suffering.

Since that day, I studied the human embodiment experience using kinesiology, aromatherapy, somatic therapy, energy medicine, mindset coaching and reflex integration therapy.

I became obsessed with how the body can unlock unconscious ways of being and choose another way of being, that led me down the path of being, doing and loving myself.

Along the way, I broke my leg at age 50, and had to learn to walk again, this time I found the practice of Meditation on a whole new level by combining it with the RIT (Reflex Integration Therapy).

I JUST HAD TO integrate it, it was the structure I needed to integrate ALL of the techniques!!

This work has become my passion and my lifeline,

and the foundation on how I walk this life, literally.

It is my intention to share this work with other beings that also desire a new experience, unlocking the youthful potential awaiting inside the human body.

Currently living in Kelowna, I have been an active alternative wellness practitioner since 2010. I’ve worked with clients in order to achieve their desired goals of health and balance in all aspects of life. After exploring many spectrums, I have carefully selected tools for the body, mind and spiritual realms, that weave together and are highly effective.

I uncovered a secret to a more youthful outlook, appearance, and experience that evolved into what I call:

MyShelle Method - NeuroBody Rejuvenation Therapy!

Lydia Donn
Student Massage Therapist

Lydia Donn is a student massage therapist, currently in her second year of the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program at First College. Lydia's journey into the world of massage therapy comes from a deep passion for understanding the human body, and more importantly, how individuals can restore balance and promote healing through natural, hands-on methods. Lydia believe that every body is unique, and she takes the time to listen to each client’s individual needs, creating a tailored treatment that promotes relaxation and recovery.

Before pursuing massage therapy, Lydia spent over 20 years working as a care aide, specializing in geriatric care. This experience gave her a profound understanding of the unique needs of older adults and those dealing with chronic conditions. I’ve always been drawn to helping others, especially when it comes to enhancing quality of life in a holistic way.

In addition to massage therapy, Lydia is a holistic nutritionist with a deep love for herbs, vitamins, and natural healing. Lydia believes that true well-being comes from nurturing the body, both inside and out. This philosophy shapes how Lydia approaches her practice—using massage therapy not only to alleviate pain and tension but also to support overall health and vitality.

When Lydia is not studying or working, she enjoys gardening, which allows her to stay connected to nature and herbal remedies, as well as taking her dog on outdoor adventures. Lydia also loves spending quality time with her 15-year-old, balancing family life with her passion for health and wellness.

Lydia looks forward to working with you and helping you on your journey to better health and relaxation. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, stress reduction, or simply a moment to unwind, Lydia is here to support your path to wellbeing.

Liz Whitcomb, NNCP
Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner

Women's Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner

Live Cell Microscopy

Liz worked in the restaurant industry for many years, and although she loved the fast paced social environment, it did take a toll on her health. Liz's gut and hormone health suffered. In 2017, she decided it was time for a bit of a change, so Liz enrolled in a Holistic Nutrition program with the Edison Institute of Nutrition.

Liz immediately fell in love with the content and knew she had finally found her passion. During the 3.5 years, Liz realized just how powerful nutrient-dense food and a balanced lifestyle can be. It completely changed her life. The biggest change she noticed was with her hormones. Did you know that PMS isn’t normal? Liz sure didn’t. Liz always thought being an emotional wreck, having hurl over in pain cramps, and migraines every month was just part of being female…boy was she wrong. This is when she started to get more interested in female hormones, and continued her education to become a Certified Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner.
